Octave provides services to children of pre-school age or younger who are revealed to have or be at risk of developing a handicapping condition or other special need that may affect their development.
At Octave Center, it is all about finding out the problems right from its roots and provide special care to those in need. Our primary target is children who may develop differently abled conditions or symptoms.
